It is up to each individual to step into the reality that we all hold the power to work magic in our own lives and manifest what our hearts truly desire. My passion is to support individuals of all ages to do just that. Live fully!

I am a simple farmer's girl who became a global executive in a multi billion dollar company that chose to step out of the corporate world after 12 years. From the nest in Scandinavia I spread my wings and I have lived in eight countries, hold a master of engineering in robotics and an Executive MBA. I founded and ran a nonprofit for seven years with the purpose to bring the opportunity for children born in poverty to participate in school.

I am a healer and personal development coach with over a decade of experience to support individuals gain deeper knowledge of self.

I welcome adults in both indivual sessions and group classes.

I work with children through gymnastics and yoga to focus on developing strong bodies and minds that find peace, harmony and balance along with play and expression.
