Welcome. I have been working with movement and nutrition for over 20 years and teaching and training pilates for 12. Over that time, I have seen myself and hundreds of others change their bodies and mindset to look and feel their very best. I developed the SheGO method as a way of getting results by training smart and working the spots we often neglect - it is the missing peice to the puzzle.
